Our covid-19 response:
Hello everyone. Following County and State Guidelines, we are now open for appointments. We are no longer open for walk-in traffic or just to stop by and check out the space. If you would like to inquire what is available in our boutique, or make an appointment to check our vintage stock, please feel free to do so.
Each appointment is 30 minutes long, and guarantees interaction with only two people -- yourself and myself.
We can then (at a safe distance) go over what is going on with your instrument(s). We will be wearing a mask and nitrile gloves at all times.
Alternatively, if you feel more comfortable having us pick up your instrument curbside, examining it, and giving you a call to let you know what we assess and find -- That is 100% fine, and we are more than happy to accommodate. We applied for a LADOT "Retail Curbside Permit" and the meter out front will (typically) be open, and there is usually metered space on Robertson Blvd. You can call from your vehicle when you are parked out front and we will come out to assist.
For customers on pickup -- We are working on a contactless invoice system where you can pay remotely on your phone or computer, but it is not yet active. We can take card over the phone, cash in person, or if your card is contactless, it can be tapped against our point of sale system. We will also reach out to arrange a pickup time appointment to assist in having a lower population at the shop.
We have disinfectant wipes that we use religiously on all contact surfaces including doorknobs/sliding door handles and our point of sale system.
If you have any questions or concerns, please don't hesitate to call or email us.
You can book a 30 minute consultation from the main page of the website, or by clicking below. We are taking appointments Tuesday through Saturday, 10AM-6PM, starting May 12th, 2020.
Stay safe out there, Los Angeles.
